১. ভূমিকা (Introduction)

এই শর্তাবলি ও নীতিমালা (“শর্তাবলি”) ব্র্যান্ড অব বাংলাদেশ এন্টারপ্রাইজ এবং এর মালিকানাধীন/পরিচালিত ওয়েবসাইট, প্রকাশনা ও সেবা ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। আমাদের যেকোনো সেবা, প্ল্যাটফর্ম বা প্রকাশনা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলিতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Brand of Bangladesh Enterprise, including its owned/operated websites, publications, and services. By accessing or using our services, platforms, or publications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

২. সেবার ধরন (Nature of Services)

  • আমরা প্রকাশনা, ব্যবসা প্রমোশন, অনলাইন মার্কেটপ্লেস, এবং ব্র্যান্ডিং সম্পর্কিত সেবা প্রদান করি।

  • প্রদত্ত সব তথ্য সাধারণ জ্ঞাতার্থে; ব্যবসায়িক বা আইনি সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার পূর্বে ব্যবহারকারী নিজ দায়িত্বে যাচাই করবেন।

English:

  • We provide publications, business promotion, online marketplace, and branding-related services.

  • All provided information is for general purposes only; users must verify independently before making any business or legal decisions.

৩. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব (User Responsibilities)

  • ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক, সম্পূর্ণ ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

  • কোনো মিথ্যা, বিভ্রান্তিকর, বেআইনি, কপিরাইট বা ট্রেডমার্ক লঙ্ঘনকারী তথ্য প্রকাশ করা যাবে না।

  • অ্যাকাউন্ট, পাসওয়ার্ড ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর।

English:

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • No false, misleading, illegal, copyright-infringing, or trademark-violating content is allowed.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, password, and personal information.

৪. মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)

  • সকল কন্টেন্ট, ডিজাইন, লোগো ও প্রকাশনা ব্র্যান্ড অব বাংলাদেশ এন্টারপ্রাইজ-এর মেধাস্বত্ব।

  • লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো উপাদান কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

  • All content, designs, logos, and publications are the intellectual property of Brand of Bangladesh Enterprise.

  • No material may be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without prior written consent.

৫. লেনদেন ও দায়সীমা (Transactions & Liability)

  • অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্মে লেনদেন ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতার মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।

  • আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের পণ্য বা সেবার গুণগত মান, ডেলিভারি বা মূল্য সংক্রান্ত দায়ভার বহন করি না, তবে অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তিতে সহযোগিতা করব।

  • প্রদত্ত তথ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

English:

  • Transactions on our platform are between buyers and sellers.

  • We are not liable for the quality, delivery, or pricing of third-party products or services but will assist in resolving disputes.

৬. গোপনীয়তা নীতি (Privacy Policy)

  • আমরা ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নিরাপদে সংরক্ষণ করি।

৭. শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন (Changes to Terms)

  • পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলি ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত হওয়ার সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হবে।
